With two outstanding properties in Singapore, the group's vision is to consistently engage today's discerning traveller in a warm sanctuary of comfort with a stylish design concept whilst showcasing architectural and design philosophies reflective of city hotels. Each Naumi establishment aims to represent the highest standard of hospitality that is passionate, enthusiastic and intuitive.

Naumi Hospitality first took to Brisbane with The Domain on Gregory, Spring Hill, a residence furnished with picturesque verandas, high ceilings, and beautiful leadlight windows. Following the quick success of The Domain, the group then decided to expand and take their developments to Singapore. The second development, Residences at 338a, is an exclusive boutique living situated along River Valley Road, just minutes away from the world-renowned Orchard Road, and walking distance to some of the most popular dining and entertainment options.

As the group grew to be increasingly recognised for creating some of the most sought after properties, the desire to delight more customers with redefined ultra-luxurious living fuelled the diversification of portfolio and a move into the boutique hotel industry.

Naumi Hospitality began with the opening of its flagship hotel, Naumi on Seah Street, in Singapore in 2007, which soon built up an enviable reputation for unparalleled attention to detail and impeccable personalised service. Having won numerous awards and accolades since its founding, the hotel’s constant pursuit for perfection led to a multi-million revamp in late 2012. Fresh from the facelift, the new look now features 73 contemporary rooms elegantly outfitted with designer furnishings and all-star amenities. Gaining momentum, the second Naumi establishment, Naumi Liora, took off at Keong Saik Road in Singapore in 2012. Naumi Liora, set in a heritage townhouse conferred conservation status, is a beacon of hospitality consisting of 79 uniquely sized rooms illuminated with a warm sanctuary of style and repose.
